Hi.

Imho, a pa-t3-mc/pa-t3-mc+(4k-5k used) is the way to go.
There are very few places for it to break.  If you rally
want an alternate cheap solution, the other option is to get
a ads-3 mux ($1k used), wire it up to a patchpanel or
snapjacks  ($50), and then run the individual t's to
3xpa-mc-4t1 (500 each used)
