[nsp] CAT 3750 EMI

Speaking of 3750's, does anyone have any idea how big the per-port buffers are on those things?

Not in our experience. We have seen it choke and die at around 700mb/s 
or less Layer 3. Usually it starts showing up as packet drops on Queue 
11, and then gets worse over a few days.
