Here's a really neat commercial product under development - it is
a Cisco-aware terminal program that revels in complexity rather
than trying to hide it:

The preview version is free, but only runs on Mac OS X Panther.
It has limited functionality, but looks like it will be very
powerful when they finally release it.  I'm putting in my feature
requests now :-).
