[nsp] Cisco 1200 AP Wi-Fi

I believe the actual limit is 64 (or 63, it
semi-implies that the AP itself uses one of the slots)
active MAC addresses at one time.

MAC associations aren't the same as DHCP assignments,
they are specific to one access point, not the LAN.
