	Yes, you can make a folded ring.  It will state in
"show stp topology" that the ring is in wrap, but that is normal
operation until the ring is healed.

	Nope, just plug the end, or get another circuit to finish the ring. :)
The SRP ring will consider the second side as down, and will be in a failure
mode, not ideal, but it would work.
