[nsp] a question on traceroute

It kind of sounds as though CEF has gone a little wobbly. The record
route option will make the packet get process switched and so oddness
in CEF will not affect those packets.
Sho ip cef <ip> and sho adjacency may help find the issue (or you could
just turn CEF off and on again...)
