Am not trying to sound argumentative, be we have done up to 12-T1 MLPPP
bundles on a lab 7507 CT3IP-50 with ~12.0(21)Sish code. MLPPP works fine
with our CT3s in production with 2-4 T1s.

The ct3-ip does not support mlppp. You will need the newer card,
pa-mc-t3 or later to have mlppp.

if the CT3IP card supports DCEF, it should support MLPPP.
