Wouldn't work without NATting the external network 192.168.0.0/24
to something else (192.168.3.0/24).  Otherwise the host in question will
send his answer packets to the local LAN, and not "out".

(*Might* work in combination with proxy-arp, but then you can just leave
away the NAT)
