A 3640 can do 100Mbps at 1500byte packet sizes, maybe, but the only way
it'll do 100Mbps in the real world is if it's struck by lightning.

A 3725 can do 100Mbps easy, while a 3620 can do around 75Mbps per your
testing a few months ago.  Based on this, a 3660 should be able to do
100Mbps and I wouldn't be surprised if a 3640 or 2691 could get that
high as well.
