Hello, When we instal a brand new NM-1FE2W in the CISCO 3745 Router, the module LED blinks once, and we get a message "Initialisation failed". However, when we instal the same in a CISCO 3640 Router, the Module is detected and enabled without any problem. What could the problem be? Thanks and Regards Sunil Gulati
