[nsp] 12.2 - input queue stuck?

this happened simultaneously on c7100-js-mz.122-12a and (i've just been announced the second box is 12.2S) c7200-p-mz.122-14.S3.bin

i know 12.2(12a) is rather old, but i can not comment on customer's policy :-/
