[nsp] Catalyst 3524-XL default interface bug

Hi,

Almost a year ago, i ran into a bug in 12.0(5)WC7. When i used default
interface from 1 to 24, the switch reloaded. The crash can be repeated
every time if you run "default interface fast 0/x" for less than 30 times.

The output interpreter says only:

"Error : Could not decode symbols (IOS)"

The bug wasn't fixed till 12.0(5)WC9a.
