[nsp] Boot 3620 from tftp

Hi,

Maybe anybody knows, why 3620 does not want to boot from tftp?
Tried everything possible, no effect. At the same time, I have
plenty of 26** and 25** boxes booting from same tftp server, no problems.

Details:

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 11.1(17)AA
3620 with single f0/0 port. No internal flash: simm, 8M card in slot0:

f0/0 and tftp in same subnet. It boots fine from slot0:

in config:
boot system tftp ios/c3620-ix-mz.123-9.bin 10.0.0.2


manual from rommon:

I see here, it does not even try to contact tftp server.
