You can activate commands at certain times using the command scheduler
feature in 12.3. I have never used it but it seems that this is what you
are looking for.

Anyone know much about TCLSH ?

I was trying to play with it but there is a couple of things I can't grasp.

1. I can go into tclsh and write code.. But how do I save it to a file,
run it and so on!

2. In conf te mode, the 'scripting' command is supposed to be valid.. But my
12.3(9) doesn't seem to support it.

3. Anyone know if the clock can interact and activate scripts at certain
times? Imagine changing default routes at certain times, shutting interfaces
at certain times and so on. awesomeness ;-)
