[nsp] Boot 3620 from tftp

Perhaps, this is the point:
boot bootstrap flash:c3640-i-mz.120-7.T.bin
I'd put something like this, and it did not work:
boot bootstrap slot0:some_image
Seems, 3620 always wants to access flash:, but I do not
have internal flash: installed. Will try again...
