    Thanks. I will keep my eye on future updates and hopefully just the
upgrade to the (a) release will solve the problem.

    Well, it's not that they aren't willing to pay for it. It's more along
the lines that cisco can't seem to figure out why we had been paying for
support, and then the boxes were not listed in our name, and then we
couldn't manage to get them renewed because of this. So, it's a huge mess,
and we're trying to slog through it. In the meantime...
