[nsp] Ethereal & Catalyst

Hello,
 
I am trying to capture traffic with Ethereal, but all I get to see is what
happens between my machine and others, plus broadcasts; and I don't see the
traffic generated by the machine I am interested in.
 
I imagine it's because I am on a (Catalyst 3548) switch and not on a hub?...

 
Can I change the config of the switch so that I can see what is going on on
a particular port (or on all ports)?
