But i think, 12.3T is not good train for production environment

Depending on installed VIPs (and other hardware), it can be 12.0(21)T8 or 
12.0(25)S5.
If you're looking for latest version, try 12.0(27)S2 (it contains fix for very 
awful bug- CSCee01931).
