[nsp] SNMP for VPDN users

CISCO-VPDN-MGMT-MIB.my

I wrote some GPL'ed code a while back to log traffic stats
from various connection types, including VPDN sessions.  If
you want to see an example you can grab the code, called
TraffAcct, from www.hughes.com.au
