[nsp] broken IOS routing issue

I just gave c7200-k91p-mz.122-18.S5.bin a try and ran into something
really odd. The router had a number of subnets static routed to devices
on the LANs (reachable via connected networks on several vlan subints).
It would advertise these routes into OSPF (redist static), but would not
actually pass traffic for them. If I removed and reinstalled the routes
(no ip route ... / ip route ...) each route I did that with would work.
Not wanting a broken network any longer, I downgraded to
c7200-p-mz.122-14.S3.bin which does not have that problem.
Anyone else seen this with c7200-k91p-mz.122-18.S5.bin or other releases?
