[c-nsp] PRI config problem

Hello,
I need your helps.
I try to configure PRI origination scenario.
I have IVR prompt and customers. Our customers will call four numbers like 2345678. Then I must 
meet them like "Welcome, Pls enter PIN number" via IVR. Then I will authenticate and account
 them using radius server. It is prepaid scenario.
IVR is on radius server also. Customer may call anywhere (mobile, USA, Germany.......)
I have configured serial interface and other parts. I need help only with dial-peer, IVR and radius
part configuration. How can I authenticate customers via Radius. Is there any lack in my config.
Can you help me?
