Another one is Intermapper (http://www.intermapper.com).  It does realtime
monitoring via ICMP, TCP, or SNMP, is easily customizable via plugins,
catches SNMP traps, sends email alerts, and has a nice front-end.  It will
run on Windows, Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD, and MacOS.  Pricing is posted at
their website.
