How many mbit/s do you really want to pass? IME, a 3640 can't come close
to handling a full T3 (this was with the older NM-1HSSI, if that matters).
If you only need it to carry a few mbit/s, it'll work. If you want full
T3, I'd suggest something from the 7200 series.
