A 3660 or 3745 should do... - the 3745 is more powerful than a lower-end
7200 (don't have the exact pps and mbit/s. "glossy paper" numbers at
hand, though).

In any case, the NM-1T3/E3 is not officially supported on the 3640.  I
have no idea whether it will work, and just not perform properly, or
whether it won't even be recognized by IOS...
