A 3640 can handle full T3 (approx 40 megabits/s) of ftp-session over
NM-1HSSI. Even a 3620 can handle that with certain IOS. 

It won't do full duplex T3 with I-MIX probably, but not that far off. 
Going to 64 bit packets it'll stop around 15-20kpps.
