you can query 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.0.X for active DS0 count per
E1 (use X=0 for E1/0, X=1 for E1/1 etc.). For additional stuff download
CISCO-POP-MGMT-MIB from cisco website.
