[nsp] ISDN interface in VRF

Hi,
I'd use dialer profiles for this application and put the dialer profile into the VRF. If you want to dial directly on the BRI with "dialer map", use the "dialer map vrf-aware" feature (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122newft/122t/122t8/ftmapvrf.htm).
Make sure you have enabled CEF, and I'd use a late 12.2T or 12.3 for this as those releases also support multilink PPP.. I don't think 12.2(24) supports the configuration you have deployed here..
