[nsp] DSL CO Line Tester recommendation?

We are about to deploy Cisco 6160 DSLAMs in several CO's, but currently do
not have layer 1 line testing capabilities. We need a product that is
affordable and can give us remote line testing capabilities. The few I
have seen are put in place between the cabling blocks and the DLSAM, so I
assume that most of them would be installed in a similar fashion.
