[nsp] 2621XM not booting anymore

Hi people,
 
I have a 2621XM which booted fine... until I inserted a NM-1E into slot1. It
then crashed while booting, OK, never mind, I remove that NM-1E - but now
it's not booting anymore at all! (see below)
 
Does it mean that something is actually *broken* inside that box?
