[nsp] application xxx out-bound

Hello,

does anybody know how should application out-bound work on voice
dial-peers? I tryed to set up:
voip peer which was used for incoming calls
pots peer for outgoing
I would like tor put a TCL script to the pots side (I can't put into
incoming side). I found that the out-bound option (for the
application) is used for this. Unfortunatelly it doesn't work. The
peer was matched, but the tcl script wasn't run. I did many debugs,
and I can say, that the script was not started (debug voice ivr debug
options).

Does anybody know why it doesn't work?
