[nsp] 6509 Bad Slot

Has anyone ever some across a bad slot in a 6509 chassis?

We just fired one up a few weeks ago and couldn't figure out why we were
getting high CRC errors on our slot 4 which has a 6248 10/100 card in it.
After moving the card to other slots all our port errors went away.

Presuming it's a bad slot, we're going to swap the chassis with a spare but
I've never seen a bad slot like this before...
