I found out that the problem is NOT with MRTG but with the interface statistics. Interface shows input rate but not output rate as below. Thats why mrtg can not show output rate. It is i think a software back!! 5 minute input rate 336000 bits/sec, 326 packets/sec 5 minute output rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
