If I'm understanding the problem correctly, vlan 2 is not coming up on the
MSFC.  This should get it up

set interface sc0 2 xxx.xxx.100.14/255.255.255.0 xxx.xxx.100.255
set vlan 1 15/1
set trunk 15/1  nonegotiate isl
set trunk 15/1 1-1005
