I found it.....needed to do this :-

10K#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
10K(config)#service internal
10K(config)#^Z
10K#if-con 7/0     <<<<<< slot is slot/0 on a 10K
Connecting console for slot 7/0
Type "^C^C^C" or "if-quit" to end this session


oc12atm-7/0> log dump

<snip log stuff>

if-quit

Anybody know how (or *if*) you can get a log dump from Cisco 10008 LC's? 
(I have tried attach, if-con, execute-on slot but all to no avail).
