[nsp] IP Ranges 83.0.0.0/8 and 84.0.0.0/8

Dear All,

Some of our customers use ip's from the range 83.134.0.0/16.

As you can read in following article, and much of you probably know, 
that IANA allocated 83.0.0.0/8 and 84.0.0.0/8 to ripe at the end of last 
year.

It seems some operators have still included both /8's in their 
bogon/martian or ACL lists to deny those ranges.

To all concerned, could you please check your access/prefix lists to 
allow traffic from those ranges ?
