[nsp] ospf missing route issue

I've got a recurring issue (every few weeks) where one of our routers
(7206vxr NPE300) will be missing one or more OSPF routes. In the 2 most
recent cases, the missing routes have been from another 7206 on the same
ethernet switch (same ospf area). The route is for a subnet DSL customer.

In this case, the route we noticed missing was in that router's 'show ip
ospf data' under Type-5 AS External Link States, but it was not in the
routing table. Other routes from the same advertising router were in the
table.

clear ip ospf redi on the advertising router didn't help. clear ip ospf
process on the one missing the route did fix it.

IOS on the ADV router: c7200-js-mz.121-5.T15.bin
IOS on the router missing the route: c7200-p-mz.122-14.S3.bin

I have around 1500 routes in OSPF. Is that getting large for OSPF?

Anyone seen OSPF issues like this?

I know I'm a few minor revs behind in 12.1T and should upgrade that one.
122-14.S3 is also getting old, but the question is, 12.2.14S7 or
12.2.18Sn?
