One thing worth knowing about the 7300 NSE-100 is that it only supports
non-sampled netflow export, so if your netflow collector has a problem
with that, it might be good to know ahead of time.

I would get a 12008 with a 3GE, you should be able to source a complete
used such machine for around $20k, makes you able to get decently priced 
OC48 cards as well to have a migration path.
