 From my experience that won't work.  When(not if) the channel becomes 
saturated it will use the other channel to dial leaving no channels for 
voice.  I *believe* putting

no ppp multilink

in the dialer 1 interface will prohibit the dialer from using both 
channels - however it will not specify which channel.
