Yeah, sure.  But for DS3 PA's with nothing unusual on them, even a 
VIP2-50 would do the job :-) - so the bottleneck will not be the
FlexWAN or the VIP, but more the system architecture backing it.

So I'd say it very much depends on "what else" is on the box, like 
"10 GigE links into the core network" or so...
