[nsp] BGP best path

all,
stop me before i actually say something profound, but since this is
obviously not 
the only route then (i'm not sure about the stats displayed or i at least i
dont remember)
but if the metric below mafiest the 'weight', then the second route would
win hands down 
as largest weight is the second stop on the bestpath list of what to look at
by eBGP.
