[nsp] PA E3 and PA T3

A box that will convert between E3 and T3... you mean like a Cisco
7200 series with a PA-E3 and a PA-T3[+] stuck in slots 1 and 2?  ;)

Seriously, funky conversion boxes are not a direction you want to go.
What problem are you trying to solve?  Those PAs are cheap on the used
market these days.
