[nsp] Multicast?...

Hello,
 
I will start my own research now, but since this is kind of urgent I thought
I would ask you guys if you can help with a few lines of Cisco CLI...
 
I have 

*	a camera + encoder at 10.20.30.2/24
*	a 7206 VXR with Fa0/0.518 = 10.20.30.1/24 and Fa0/0.519 =
10.30.50.1/24
*	a decoder + television at 10.30.50.2/24

I can ping the decoder from the encoder.
 
Now it seems that I need to create/enable/use (?) the "multicast stream
224.0.1.250" in order for the images of the camera to appear on the TV.
 
Anyone has a clue on how to do this?...

PS: IOS is "IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-P-M), Version 12.2(13), RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc1)". Maybe not the most appropriate?...
