Where were you looking at rate-limiting the ports?  At your edge, at your
core or in distribution?  Please describe a little more about what you are
looking to accomplish and/or why you need rate limiting?

What devices are other ISPs using for rate limiting on FastEthernet ports?
>From other threats I have gathered that cisco only works on ingress.  Does
any of the cisco gear work for both ingress and egress?
