You should probably add a few entries to your interface Group-Async 1

dialer-group 1
Dialer idle-timeout XXXX(secs) either
Timeout absolute XX(mins) XX(secs)

I have a AS5300 with 192 v.92 Mica Modems that I have just put into
service to replace several ascend boxes.

The problem is that it hangs up on EVERYONE after 33 minutes!!!!

Help!
