On Cisco devices, DCE or DTE is determined by the cable.  So you just
need one DCE cable, and one DTE cable (DB60 to $interfacetype)

For X.21, the part numbers are CAB-X21-MT and CAB-X21-FC.

For V.35, I don't have the part numbers at hand (V.35 is very unusual over
here) - but they should be similar.
