[c-nsp] BGP Dampening Question

Hi All,

I have basic question about BGP Dampening, is there any way around to monitor Dampening of BGP Prefix Proactively.

We are single homed service provider and providing internet bandwidth to smaller ISP and we came to know about dampening of prefix only on complaint of our client, is there any way by which we can proactively monitor dampening of prefix.

Note:we have not applied dampening prefix in our network, dampening is in Internet only.
