[c-nsp] Cat 6509 basic monitoring via SNMP

Hi,

Can somebody advise following monitoring on 6509 via SNMP? I am running 
sup2/msfc2 with 12.2.17d.SXB4 in native mode. As per CCO the NetFlow MIB 
is supported but snmpwalk doesn't show anything.

I have configured following on the box.
int vlan 1
ip route-cache flow
int vlan 2
ip route-cache flow

CEF is enabled globally.
Following doesn't produce anything.
nms # snmpwalk 10.10.1.1 public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.387

I would also like to know OID for backplane utilization if anybody know 
already.
