If vlan 100 is local to the first Cat6K then there should not be an
STP recalc as nothing in that vlan could have generated a TCN.  If
you want to ensure that this directly attached server doesn't drop
connectivity with the core Cat6K then you could configure it's
port as "portfast" (or whatever the CatOS equiv would be) just to
make sure - but it shouldn't be a problem anyway.
