[c-nsp] 6509 sup2/stp high cpu usage

Hi list,

I have a pretty big l2 network with 6509 sup2 at the core. My cpu usage on
the sup2 is ~60% on one of them.

The CatOS code is 6.3.3.

I'm looking for an upgrade path right now. Would upgrading the catos
version help in any way or I can only go for a better cpu, hence buying a
sup720?
