No.

The only time the router comes in to play is when a device has
to send a packet off the local segment.
I'm assuming you want to make the 3640 the gateway for those
servers when you move the VLANs over.

As long as the servers are on the *same* subnet it doesn't touch
the L3 gateway. If however, you have a trunk to the router and
the traffic is between VLAN's that's a different story.
